Switch eShop Sale Kicks Off With Deep Discounts

Following last night's Nintendo Direct, the Nintendo eShop is now hosting a Digital Deals sale in Europe with discounts of up to 75% on hundreds of games, including fan favorites like Mario & Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Overcooked 2 and I Am Dead. The sale, which kicked off on Thursday, February 18 at 2 pm GMT / 3 pm CET, will run until February 28. With more than 66 pages of savings, gamers will need time to sift through all the savings, but judging from the selection of discounts below, it will be well worth it.

Aside from the Digital Deal sales, gamers can play free demos of the following titles: Immortals Fenyx Rising, Bravely Default 2, Project Triangle Strategy, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, Just Dance 2021, and Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition, among countless others. Shoppers can also get earn 5% back on each digital purchase, so they can get a discount on their next game. New games, applications and other content are available from Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch, and also via nintendo.co.uk.


Launched in 2011, the Nintendo eShop is a digital distribution service powered by the Nintendo Network for the Nintendo 3DS family, Wii U andNintendo Switch.

The successor to both the Wii Shop Channel and DSi Shop, the Shop features game downloads, demos, applications, streaming videos, consumer ratings, and information on upcoming game releases. Nintendo has also partnered with companies like Breakthru Films, Black Box Productions, Atlantic Productions, Ka-Ching Cartoons and DreamWorks Animation to release short 3D films on the eShop.
